Onboard items
For items left on a plane, contact your airline directly. The airport handles only items lost in terminal areas.
Items are stored for up to 90 days. Unclaimed valuables are donated or destroyed in accordance with Greek customs regulations.
How to recover your item
- 1Identify where you lost it
Determine if the item was lost airside, landside, on a plane or in transport.
- 2Contact Lost & Found
Call the airport information line, +30 2810 397800, or ask at the Lost & Found desk in the arrivals area, with the item description and the date.
- 3Submit a claim form
Fill out the official claim form online or at the Lost & Found desk in the arrivals area.
- 4Collect or arrange shipping
Pick up your item in person with ID, or request paid shipping to your address.
